follows is a listing of the objectives of the project coupled with
activities, outcomes, and improvements in teaching and student achievement.

To develop a
group of elementary school teachers who will serve as leaders in
the continuing development of physical education programs that emphasizes
effective pedagogical practices and assessment techniques.
